well... Make sure you file a police report. Every once in a blue moon the police uncover a big theft operation and recover a lot of parts and they can be returned to you if you've reported them stolen - Just happened in my city and they found over 1,700 parts that had been stolen over a 6 month span. You'll probably have already replaced them if that happens, but you could sell them on ebay or someplace and recoup a little money. Speaking of which, keep an eye on ebay over the next several weeks for the items that were stolen and if the seller is from a location near you... might get lucky and catch a thief if you could prove the item was yours, i.e. product registration number, unique scratch or marking on it, etc!
